Nowadays, when browsing for properties, whether you’re looking to rent, buy, or even sell, the easiest and most obvious journey is to hop online to browse for marketplaces. Zillow is the most recognizable platform for property browsing in the US, and in Thailand, Nestopa is looking to fill that gap with its AI technology.
Founded in April 2023, Nestopa aims to deliver on one simple mission: to help you “find your next place.” Co-founder Kevin Speakman says the company is the first to leverage AI for property marketplaces to maximize efficiency and ease in browsing, as well as listing for those on the other side of the deal.
AI is used across areas such as Description Generation and Image Generation, with the technology able to assist in writing property descriptions, and account owners can pick from a range of writing styles, from casual and approachable to premium, to suit their needs.
Beyond having an edge in AI integration, the core value of Nestopa is easy to understand: connecting people to the properties of their dreams. Well, that and helping homeowners rent and sell their real estate. With a mission to become Thailand’s leading property portal, the platform is also eyeing introducing new features this year.
Khun Pattaraporn Teerasataporn, Nestopa’s co-founder and head of marketing, says that,
“Over six months, we’ve listed 130,000 properties nationwide.”
Leading property types are residential, empty lands, and commercial properties. Bangkok is the leading city in search, with the criteria for 1-3 million baht condos being the most popular.
“Chonburi is the leading province for house searches, with the budget ranging around 10-20 million baht,” says Khun Pattaraporn.
Bangkok-Chonburi and Phuket have the highest demand for condos, with target rents ranging from 10,000 to 14,999 baht/month. These criteria make up 21% of searches on the platform.
As people continue to seek customized options for properties, whether a two-bedroom condo or a house with a pool, an AI-centric platform focusing on various home types like Nestopa will help to aspire (and existing) property owners make a home.
