The news cycle has never moved so fast, been so divisive or so important.
2020 has not gone according to plan. The new year came with a new decade and pretty much turned the world order on its heads. Thinking back to January 2020, when the most important headline was US strike that killed Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani. Half a year later, and the world is still reeling from a global pandemic that has infected over 7 million citizens across the world, and claimed over 400,000 lives.
The state of the world today has further convinced us that it’s more important than ever to “keep up with headlines”. Knowing what’s going on isn’t boring, and it shouldn’t take hours to catch up with the main stories. But with more headlines being readily available at all times of the day, it’s also difficult to compress, comprehend and trust. Therefore, we want to do the heavy lifting for you and declutter the noise in a Bitesized way.
We want to steer clear of the clutter, and break down the most important stories for our readers everyday, in a way that is digestible, clean and relatable
We will remain active on our social media pages, Instagram and Facebook has been vital to our growth as a young and growing media platform and what you’ll find here will be an extension of that voice. With our own “home”, so to speak, we hope to deliver more original contents, brand spotlights and dive deeper into local and global businesses.
Whilst our stories may not be so “bitesized” on here, our mission and character will be exactly like how you discovered it on our Instagram captions.
