Running a restaurant in a competitive market is no easy task. You need to stay agile, adapt quickly, and keep up with constant changes, especially when it comes to delivery. If you slow down, you risk falling behind.
Enter N-Infinite, a growth platform for restaurants that helps F&B brands scale their delivery sales and profits through performance analytics and strategic platform management.
First off, what is N-Infinite, and what solutions are you bringing to the table?
N-Infinite is a growth platform for restaurants. We help F&B brands scale their delivery sales and profits through performance analytics, strategic platform management (Grab, Lineman, Shopeefood), and data-driven decision-making. Think of us as your outsourced digital growth partner.
What industry-wide challenges are you aiming to solve for those unfamiliar with N-Infinite, and how will the platform help its clients?
Running delivery operations profitably is harder than ever. Most restaurants don’t have the time, expertise, or data insights to optimize platform performance. Commissions are high, margins are tight, visibility is low, and competition is fierce. N-Infinite solves this by managing everything from strategy to execution: pricing, promotions, ads, platform negotiations, menu engineering, and reporting. We give restaurants the clarity and control they need to grow with confidence and, most importantly, profitable.
What was the ideation to launch stage like? Walk us through a high-level roadmap of how you launched the platform.
N-Infinite was founded in response to a growing need for delivery-focused expertise. The roadmap began with identifying the gaps in how restaurants engaged with delivery platforms, followed by the development of internal tools and the assembly of a hybrid team comprising platform experts, data analysts, and F&B operators. We launched with pilot partners in late 2022 and scaled quickly by proving tangible profit improvements. The early traction validated the need for a new kind of operating system in F&B.
As we delivered results, more restaurants joined, and N-Infinite evolved into a full-service solution. Now, we support over 100 leading restaurants in Bangkok.
How did founder Alexander Felde leverage his experience at foodpanda for N-Infinite?
As co-founder and former CEO of foodpanda Thailand, Alexander witnessed firsthand how delivery platforms reshaped the restaurant industry. He saw both the opportunities and the pain points restaurants faced. That experience enabled him to build N-Infinite with a deep understanding of the platform, an extensive network, and a proven playbook for growth. We’ve helped F&B brands double profits and improve market share within months.
What are some common challenges you have managed to fix with the platform?
- Sales stagnation on delivery platforms can be addressed through improved menu curation, keyword optimization, and data-backed promotions.
- High commission costs are reduced through scale-based negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Lack of actionable insights, resolved by integrating data across platforms into a single dashboard.
- Operational blind spots, fixed with centralized campaign and pricing management.
What are some F&B Industry trends emerging this year?
1. The migration away from foodpanda and the consolidation of delivery platforms.
2. Increasing consumer price sensitivity, requiring better menu engineering.
3. The rise of delivery-only and multi-brand kitchens, seeking data to guide their growth.
4. Growing adoption of AI tools for forecasting, inventory, and customer segmentation.
What are some necessary tools and skillsets that operators and owners must know in order to survive?
Delivery-first behavior is here to stay, and platform competition is fierce. Restaurants need to know how to price dynamically, run ROI-positive ads, and target the right customer segments.
Data and automation are must-haves. Restaurants that rely on gut feel will fall behind. With N-Infinite, they gain access to tools, talent, and AI-driven insights that they wouldn’t have otherwise.
Must-haves:
- Deep understanding of delivery platform mechanics and fees.
- Ability to read and act on data, especially customer acquisition cost (CAC) and profit per order.
- Skills in digital menu optimization, bundling, and pricing strategy.
- Access to shared resources (e.g., delivery kitchens, digital marketing) to stay lean.
Talk about how you use AI as part of N-Infinite’s solutions.
We use AI to help restaurants answer critical questions: What price drives the most profit? Which dish attracts new customers? Which campaign gives the best ROI? Our system learns from platform data to guide better decisions on pricing, bundling, timing, and spend. It’s like having a personal data scientist helping each brand every day.
We further use AI to optimize menu pricing, forecast demand, identify high-performing SKUs, and guide campaign strategy. It’s about turning data into action — so restaurant owners can make better decisions more quickly.
N-Infinite plugs into platform data to run predictive pricing, customer segmentation, and performance benchmarking — all behind the scenes.
